AUTHORIZATION FOR PERSONAL DATA MANAGEMENT

I hereby authorize Legalmente a la Moda through its forms uploaded in its web www.legalmentealamoda.com to carry out the management (1) of my collected personal data, for an indefinite term with the purpose (2) of promoting any type of advertising or commercial, publications, by means of any communication media, either physical, virtual, televisión or other; likewise, it is authorized to send promotional, educational or administrative information (3). The holder of personal data has the right to access, rectification, cancellation or challenge of his/her personal data, writing an email to denissela@legalmentealamoda.com.

Management of Personal Data.- Any technical procedure, automated or not, which allows compilation, registration, organization, storage, conservation, elaboration, amendment, extraction, consultation, utilization, blockage, supression, communication by transfer or diffusion or any other modality of processing that facilitates Access, correlation or interconnection of personal data.

(2) Article 8.- Principle of Purpose.

In regards to the principle of purpose, it is considered that a purpose is determined when it has been expressed clearly , undoubtedly and when the object that shall be subjected to the personal data management is specified objectively.
